January Sewing – delayed post

I haven’t been writing, but I have been sewing.  In January I made 3 cardigan sweaters.  All 3 are from patterns by Connie Crawford at Fashion Patterns by Coni.  I love her patterns.  She has an entire line of classic designs along with current designs.  The first Design is B5793, published by Butterick.  It is very comfortable and I received multiple complements when I wore it.  Image

The next two were both from K6101, which may be out of print.  I have had the patter for 15 years or more.  It is a great raglan sleeve light weight knit sweater.   On both I shortened the length from mid thigh to hip length.

I purchased this purple print for $2 a yard at Lorraines in Pawtucket.  Great find.

This blue nubby knit came from The Fabric Place in Natick.
